Since 1989, Terry McCrory and Central Texas Inspections have provided professional and thorough home inspection services in the Austin Metro and surounding areas. In addition to being licensed by the state of Texas for fifteen years, Terry has extensive experience in the new construction field as well as restoration and remodeling projects.

Central Texas Inspections schedules one inspection a day. This allows Terry to spend as much time as needed to provide the most thorough home inspection service within reason and to answer all the clients' questions. Central Texas Inspections will never have to rush through your home inspection to be somewhere else. Besides the actual report, Terry and the home inspection report can be a valuable source of operation and maintenance information on your home.

Though many inspectors provide onsite home inspection reports, Central Texas Inspections prefers to return to the office and generate a home inspection report that we fax or e-mail out that evening or the following morning. Central Texas Inspections takes home inspection reports seriously. We believe that not generating a home inspection report onsite allows a more thorough analysis of the information before the home inspection report is generated. The comments made on our home inspection reports are not items pulled from a drop-down list, but comments specific to the condition of that particular and unique property.
